Camp Offerings

Fall Camp: Our Fall Camp takes place during our Thanksgiving break. We offer camp for the entire week and is open to all students. Our Fall camp is assigned an overall theme that is conducted throughout the week. All activities will be based on the theme and will allow students to be engaged and also learning at the same time. An example would be “Cooking Camp”. This will serve as the theme of the week and students will be engaging in fun cooking lessons, team building activities, and cooking competitions along with fun S.T.E.A.M based activities.

Winter Camp: Discover offers Winter Camp for two weeks which happen on the weeks that students are on break from school. S.T.E.A.M based activities will take place each day that they are at camp. Winter camp allows students to get into the spirit of the holidays. This camp specifically allows everyone to sing, laugh, talk, play, doing almost everything together. Our winter camps are based on an overall theme, for example “Jingle Bell Rock”. This theme will be used throughout the entire break and will allow students to take part in fun performances that are put together, singing, dancing, rockstar 101, and more. Winter camp is all about the joy and happiness students bring to Discover and what Discover brings to the Students.

Spring Camp: Discover’s Spring Break Camp is one of the most adventurous camps ever! Spring camp is all about nature walks, rock climbing, canoeing, pottery, and more. This allows students to enjoy some fresh air and learn all different things about what nature has to offer. Just because school is out, doesn’t mean learning should stop. Thanks to our S.T.E.A.M curriculum, this allows us to engage in hands-on activities that benefit the students. Spring camp also gives students a sneak peek to our summer camp.

Summer Camp: Schools Out, Scream and Shout! Summer camp offers a structured opportunity for children to grow. Summer camp is another way students can grow and allows students to become independent and self-confident, while socializing and making new friends from all around. Summer camp is all about having fun each and every day. Field trips are offered every Friday throughout the entire summer. Themed days take place every week and each week has its own theme and activities that correlate with it.

Camp Programming FAQs

Each day is filled with structured, high-energy activities including games, team challenges, creative projects, and hands-on STEAM experiences. We keep campers engaged, active, and having fun from start to finish.
Safety is our top priority. Our staff are trained, attentive, and maintain proper supervision at all times. We also follow strict check-in and check-out procedures to ensure every child is accounted for.
Campers should wear sneakers daily to safely participate in all activities—no Crocs or sandals. On designated water days, water shoes or Crocs may be worn. Please also send your child with a bag, labeled personal items, and anything needed for the day’s activities.
Yes. Families must pack a bagged lunch, a refillable water bottle, and at least two snacks each day to keep campers fueled and energized.
Campers must be signed in and out daily using the camp app. For safety, only approved individuals may pick up your child—families can add friends or relatives to the authorized pick-up list by emailing the Camp Director.
That’s completely normal! Our staff are intentional about helping new campers feel welcomed, included, and comfortable. We help them build friendships and ease into the camp experience.
Our team will care for your child immediately and contact you if needed. For more serious situations, we will follow emergency procedures and keep you informed every step of the way.
Yes. Medication can be brought to the Camp Director, along with a completed Medication Administration Authorization Form. Campers must be able to administer their own medication. The exception is an EpiPen, which staff will administer if necessary.
We prioritize communication with families. You’ll receive updates, and our team is always available to answer questions or provide support throughout your child’s camp experience.
